- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Convenient location in a busy shopping mall with a lot of parking space. One frustrating fact is: there is only ONE ATM in this location, and often time it is "temporarily out of service”, especially on weekend and Monday morning before the regular business hour starts. It is very annoying and a waste of time, people drive there and find the ATM does not work, and you have to come back during its regular business hour Monday to Friday. This issue has been lingering for a long time, at least for a year, and I do not see the bank management do anything to solve it (bank management, if you see this post, please do something to solve it).By Jason Hamilton, March 28, 2018
